Gear Review: Staff of Neverending Frost

Staff of Neverending Frost
It's majoko1, here to review the brand new gear: "Staff of Neverending Frost"
This gear is a simple gear, small in size, and also small in functionality. It serves a simple function, damage your foe and keep them frozen for a couple of seconds. It comes packed with several cool effects but sadly doesn't do much when it comes to gear.
My favorite detail of the gear is the freeze effect. After you freeze your foe they are trapped within a frozen block of ice for a couple of seconds. That gives you the chance to attack them with another one of your weapons making it a very tactical gear.
The thing I don't like about the gear is that it only has one function. You cannot perform multiple attacks like some other staffs. You can only freeze your foe and damage them. It ruins the point of a staff when you can only cast one spell on your opponents.

Value: 6.5/10
For 550 robux I would buy a gear like this. With it's shiny texture job and bright fire on top I would add it to my wish list. Sadly, the prices have sky rocketed to over 1000 robux since it is a Limited U item.

Texture: 9.5/10
The texture is one of the best features of the gear. The shiny, bright colors make for a fantastic texture job. The mystical blue fire on top gives the gear an overall "magical" appearance.

Mesh: 7.0/10
It is an average staff. It looks mostly just like the other ones. Nothing special to it except for the snowflake on top.

Functionality: 7.5/10
This gear has a fairly simple function. Freeze your foe. If all it can do is freeze your foe it really shouldn't get some special award.

Overall Score: 7.5
The gear earned a pretty solid score due to its shiny appearance but it lost score due to its price range and the simple one function capability. For you collectors out there: If you enjoy the appearance of a gear and have been waiting for a new staff for a while, now's your chance, even if it will cost you a few bucks out of pocket.
